The journal “TrueMe – Discover yourself with joy” is structured as a 28-day program to cultivate authenticity as a path to better relationships, productivity, creativity and transformation.

In 28 days you will learn the habit of taking care of yourself (naming emotions, regulating stress, discovering your goals, values, etc.), which will be the first step for you to live an authentic life.

…Authenticity is a powerful force that can have a huge impact on your personal and professional life. By embracing authenticity and its core values of vulnerability and transparency, you can connect more deeply with others, build meaningful relationships and achieve success by taking action. So the next time you are faced with a decision or opportunity, ask yourself, “What would the authentic self do?”

Learning a new habit is difficult. Research tells us that there are three elements that provide the greatest chance of successfully learning a new habit:

Structure

In this journal you will find structured exercises to help you get more in touch with yourself – with your body, emotions and values.

Discipline

This journal requires daily participation in a 28-day program.

Daily exercises will require 3 to 20 minutes of your time. You will perform the following tasks:

  • Listening to relaxation
  • Naming your emotions
  • Practice gratitude – e.g., what makes you smile?
  • Exercises related to the body – body awareness – such as when taking a shower
  • Mindfulness practice – like eating a meal that engages all the senses

Support

TrueMe offers monthly webinars where you can join others on the same journey and get inspiration from experts, female experts, scientists, professionals, personal development specialists.

To give yourself the best chance of success, make sure you can commit to practicing the exercises for 28 consecutive days BEFORE you ACTIVATE the diary.

Our tip: We recommend designating the same time each day and writing it in your calendar with a reminder 30 minutes in advance, so you can distance yourself from your daily activities.
