INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “RODO”), we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your rights related thereto.

The following rules apply starting November 15, 2023.

1 The controller of your personal data is True Self True Me Ltd, Craven House 40-44 Uxbridge Road London W5 2BS

(2) If you have questions about the manner and scope of the processing of your personal data within the scope of True Self True Me Ltd’s operations, as well as your rights, you may contact the Personal Data Administrator at True Self True Me Ltd via info@trueselftrue.me.

(3) The controller shall process your personal data on the basis of applicable laws, concluded contracts and on the basis of your consent.

4. your personal data is processed for the purpose(s) of

(a) to fulfill the legal obligations of True Self True Me Ltd;

(b) performance of contracts entered into with contractors of True Self True Me Ltd;

(c) In other cases, your personal data are processed only on the basis of your previously granted consent within the scope and purpose specified in the content of the consent.

(5) In connection with the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 4, the recipients of your personal data may be: (a) entities performing tasks to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law; (b) other entities that, on the basis of relevant contracts signed with, process personal data for which True Self True Me Ltd. is the Administrator.

(6) Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 4, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable law.

7 In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

(a) the right of access to personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data;

b) the right to request rectification (amendment) of personal data – in case the data is incorrect or incomplete;

(c) the right to request erasure of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten), in the event that: – the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, – the data subject has objected to the processing of personal data, – the data subject has withdrawn consent to the processing of personal data, which is the basis for the processing of the data and there is no other legal basis for the processing of the data, – the personal data are processed unlawfully, – the personal data must be erased in order to comply with an obligation under the law;

(d) The right to request restriction of processing of personal data – in case: – the data subject questions the accuracy of the personal data, – the processing of the data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the data, requesting instead that the data be restricted, – the controller no longer needs the data for its purposes, but the data subject needs the data to establish, defend or assert claims, – the data subject has objected to the processing of the data, until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the controller override the grounds for the objection;

(e) the right to data portability – where the following conditions are jointly met: – the processing of data is carried out on the basis of a contract concluded with the data subject or on the basis of consent expressed by the data subject, – the processing is carried out by automated means;

(f) The right to object to data processing – when the following conditions are met together: – there are reasons related to your particular situation, in the case of processing on the basis of a task carried out by the Controller, – the processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

(8) Where the processing of personal data is based on a person’s consent to the processing of personal data (aft. 6(1)(a) of the RODO), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Such revocation shall not affect the compliance of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its revocation with the applicable law.

(9) If you become aware of unlawful processing at True Self True Me Ltd of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for data protection.

(10) Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, the provision of personal data by you to the Administrator is voluntary.

(11) It is mandatory for you to provide personal data, where the premise for the processing of personal data is a provision of law or a contract concluded between the parties.

12 Your data may be processed by automated means, will not be profiled and will be transferred to third countries.
